For MEXX Direct the commercial side of the fulfillment process is carried out by PVS. Currently, we supply Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Austria. More countries are planned.
MEXX Direct’s international orientation has been considered and realized in any respect. For example, the country-specific payment and delivery channels have been considered. Returns are processed directly in the country and customer requests are answered in the language of the country.
MEXX’s top priority was great flexibility with regard to market requirements. PVS’s data warehouse concept was a significant building block of our offer. All relevant information is directly available on site in Amsterdam. This allows quick reactions, if needed.
Project management, customer service, payment handling, including credit rating, and provision of interfaces to online shop and customer service center are fulfilled by PVS. Our call center employs multilingual call center agents who can service MEXX customers in their relevant national language.
