The PVS Group handles the spare part and accessory delivery, the shipment of individual appliances and the repair service. On average, several hundred orders every day.

For customer requests, we provide a team of trained employees (Careline). Many questions regarding operation or maintenance can be answered efficiently on the telephone for a better customer service. Should it become necessary to check or repair an appliance, a carrier service will be ordered immediately to pick it up. The appliances received at the PVS service center are examined immediately, repaired and usually sent back to the customers the same day.

That way, Dyson can realize very short service lead times of only 3 to 4 days. For maintenance and repair work outside the warranty or goodwill periods, PVS also handles billing and the necessary account receivables management.
